11:00 Yoga with morgan

Join Morgan Daloisio of Move with Morg to kick the day off with some good energy and movement.

12:00 lunch in the garden

Tickle your tastebuds with Somalian cuisine and browse our organic edible gardens.

2:00 Drumming circle

Bring your own drum or borrow one on site (limited number). Learn some drumming basics on the Djembe with expert drummers. Participate or listen in to a dynamic drumming circle lead by Saiku & friends.

3:00 Workshops

Pick from a fun selection of workshops; Somalian cooking (space limited), African dance, or bee keeping!

4:00 Spoken word performance

Listen in to a dynamic and thought provoking performance by Somalian Spoken Word artist Wordsof1der.

6:00 Dinner in the garden

Enjoy a Somalian feast in the outdoor garden restaurant.

7:00 Guided meditation

Join in a guided meditation lead by Morgain Daloisio of Move with Morg.

7:30 concert

Alysha Brilla kicks off the musical performances at 7:30 with Donné Roberts taking the stage at 9:00

9:00 Late night Snack

You may have worked up an appetite drumming and dancing! Enjoy local sausage or veggie burger in the pavilion.

All day

Wood burning saunas and hottubs will be fired up along the river bank all day, enjoy at your leisure. Changing facilities available.

A charitable event series celebrating diversity, community and sustainability

Our Spirit and Sound event series continues this spring with a special event May 21 put on with our dear friend, Saikou Saho. Join us for a full day, family friendly celebration at our Riverstone campus May 21st. Proceeds go toward an elementary school in Somalia.
