This program is designed for passionate individuals interested in a life making strong contributions to community and planet.  Ideal for post-secondary students, recent graduates, and individuals on a path to become the leaders of tomorrow.

2 week Northern team building retreat

Spend two weeks at a beautiful eco retreat in preparation for your trek north! Develop leadership skills.  Immerse yourself in nature at our stunning Riverstone Retreat campus in Southern Ontario.  Take part in drumming circles, wood fired saunas, telescope viewing, campfires, training for your service components, cultural safety training, and more. 

6 weeks of remote travel

Spend 6 weeks living in remote communities in Canada during the service portion of the program which will include working alongside Indigenous high school level youth, tutoring in high school courses supporting their efforts at graduation

creative space internship

Students will have the opportunity to express themselves while learning skills at the same time. Activities such as learning to digitally graphic design their own t-shirts and hoodies, 3D printing, laser 3D printing, laser cutting/engraving, podcasting and more will be offered throughout the internship. In addition, students will get to learn new simple and fun culinary recipes to keep well fed and energized.

Paid experience

Participants will receive an honourarium of $1000/wk, all travel and accommodation costs are covered including travel to and from home province to begin the program.
