Registered educators may access free 45-50 minute classroom modules designed for grades 6-12. 

Take learning beyond the classroom and into the big, broad beautiful world with our lessons in social and global studies.  We have crafted a growing library of ready-to-use, 45-60 minute learning modules on topics ranging from gender norms around the world to indigenous poverty here at home. Discover practical and creative ways to bring new experiences to your students and differentiate your classroom learning experience.  Each lesson comes with documentation including a brief summary and any disclaimers about potentially sensitive content.

Our content involves outcomes that enable the students to explore themselves, their personality traits and skills through activities, learned content and action. Encouraging students to take ownership and responsibility for their own thoughts and behaviours and gain the understanding that they have power to inform change. Effective communication involves listening and empathy. Through team work activities, classroom talking circles, and content from youth around the globe with different perspectives, your students will learn how to listen and and be heard.

Career Exploration and Planning helps students translate personal traits and skills into occupational terms and blend their work role with other life roles to develop a healthy lifestyle. Students learn to engage in career planning, using goal-setting and problem-solving strategies.
