Other members bring highly relevant professional expertise, including Indigenous leadership as lawyers and former Chiefs, alongside decades of experience in agronomy and business, knowledge directly relevant to the communities we serve and the social enterprises we run.

Lived Experience and Emerging Leadership
Other members represent the youth we serve directly, including refugees and young, emerging leaders, ensuring the voices of the people our programs are built for have a genuine seat at the table, not just a mention in our mission statement. Together, our Board reflects geographic representation, diversity, and lived experience by design. It's structured not only to guide Elephant Thoughts, but to foster true collaboration and give emerging leaders a real platform, extending our impact beyond our own organizational needs and into the broader movement of Changemakers we're helping build.
