We have devoted 20 years to developing a program based on the needs of the communities we are privileged to serve. With each year of experience, each new partnership, and each participant, we strive to constantly improve and deliver life-changing experiences that support the sustained success and happiness of underrepresented youth. 

Compensated training time

Participants are paid for their time in hard skills training, negating a major barrier to entry.

Beautiful Residential campuses

Participants enjoy beautiful, safe, comfortable accommodations during their training at one of our beautiful learning campuses.

Individual Pathway Coaching

Youth will have access to individual pathway coaches to guide them through the orientation, training and 24 months of post program support.

Award Winning Employability Programming

Youth participants engage in powerful learning experiences designed to foster equitable employment through life & trade skills and enriching workplace experiences. Specifically designed to support youth who have experienced disadvantage, marginalization, and a variety of barriers to education and employment. The experience is divided into 4 important phases.

Phase One

Before arriving at one of our educational
campuses participants will receive
cultural sensitivity training, workplace
safety, preparation package and an
introduction to program managers and
mentors are an important step to ensuring
success and completion of the program.

Phase Two

Participants will engage in on-campus
leadership development, life skills,
career planning and one on one
mentorship programming along with
cultural exchange and wellness
experiences.

Phase Three

Participants will engage in hard skills
training related to their selected stream.
Small coed, multicultural cohorts will
receive training and real workplace
experience.

Phase Four

Program managers and mentors will support
participants with their next steps, further
training, navigating scholarship opportunities,
and work placement relevant to their streams.
